The Round Lake Summer Stars culminate their summer drama camp with a great double feature! First, the Carpe Diem Kids perform Disney's The Aristocats Kids, followed by the Summer Stars in Honk Jr., a fun retelling
of the ugly duckling story!


School of Orchestral Studies 

Tuesday, August 7 at  8pm 
 This symphony concert from the New York State Summer School of the Arts features 115 of the finest public and private high school musicians in New York State, selected through auditions to study and rehearse with world-class musicians of the Philadelphia Orchestra. This is a concert you don't want to miss!

Organ Concert: Agnes Armstrong

One of the Capital Region’s premiere organists returns to the Auditorium for a delightful program of music. Agnes is world-renown as one of the leading women organists and experts on American and French organ music of the Nineteenth Century.

Children's Craft Day

Tuesday, August 7 9:30-11:30am
Spend the morning with master crafter Ann Watson! She will lead children in creating glass bead bracelets, with techniques and designs varying by age group. Each child will take home a completed bracelet. Sponsored by Stewarts Shops Holiday Match.

Dessert and a Musical

Friday, August 10 at 7:30pm 
Join us for this delightful, classic movie musical, set in 1910’s Iowa, featuring some of the most well-known songs of American musical theater. For details about the film itself, please call us. This concert is a perennial favorite!  Bill Hubert and Carl Hackert return to the Auditorium, blending the distinctive sounds of our antique Ferris tracker organ and the modern electric organ.

Learn about the instrument being played on August 23! Sweeping across four centuries, this film traces the owners of a mysterious, near-perfect violin. For mature audiences only. Sponsored by the Malta League of Arts, in association with the Round Lake Auditorium.

Melvin the Magnificent comes to the Auditorium to wow and amaze children of all ages! This performance is sponsored by Stewarts Shops.

Elizabeth Pitcairn and the Legendary Red Violin

Renowned violinist Elizabeth Pitcairn brings her Stradivarius (the “Red Violin”) for a solo concert and reception with the audience. Sponsored by the Malta League of Arts, in association with the Round Lake Auditorium.

Known for his exciting, passionate performances on both organ and harpsichord, Thomas Dressler combines warm musicality with historic technique. He has been performing for more than thirty years, frequently on historic instruments.
